Procore - IPO

Procore IPO

Preparing for Procore’s IPO was a huge team effort. Finance and Legal were at the heart of the complete project, but Comms, Creative, Media and Brand Marketing all played a part. Ultimately, the project involved making a 30 minute investor film, signage for the NYSE floor and outside the exchange, a WSJ ad, an S-1, and so much more.

Under normal circumstances it’s a lot of work, at Procore, because of the pandemic, we did it TWICE. Every pixel, film frame, product enhancement, cold call, demo, customer conversation, event, and more - over 18 years - went into it.
Priced at $67 a share, the first actual sale happened at $84.
